The Annual Key Awards are sponsored by the the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. An awards competition, the Key Awards is considered one of the most prestigious annual awards events in the United States recognizing exceptional work in the home building industry. Levels of recognition include the Gold Key for first place, a Silver Key for second place and a Bronze Key for third place.
